I had the absolute best stay at the Marina Hotel - it’s genuinely one of the finest hotels I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, the staff were nothing short of amazing - friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The room service was delicious, and the food was truly exceptional. Every meal felt like a treat, and it made staying in even more enjoyable. Speaking of the hotel room, I absolutely adored the teal-themed décor - it added such a fresh, calming touch. The room was warm, comfortable, and had a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. The shower was fantastic, and every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort. One of the highlights was the view of the river - absolutely lovely and so peaceful to wake up to. I felt relaxed and completely at ease throughout my entire stay. This hotel is now my go-to choice for any future visits to Waterford - it’s simply unmatched. The Marina Hotel has set the bar incredibly high. If you’re considering a trip, don’t think twice - this is the place to stay! 🌊✨

Great hotel in the centre of Waterford, perfectly located for eating out/pubs. 5 minutes walk to the promenade along the River. We had booked a twin room which turned out to be a triple in fact with a huge double bed and a single. The room was a great size and we even had a partial view of the river. Bed was super comfy. Bathroom was very good with a powerful shower and lashings of hot water. Breakfast was included in our stay and there was plenty of choice of hot and cold food which was well cooked and tasty. Coffee from the machine was excellent. We liked that there was secure parking on site too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and warm. We didn't eat in the bar but the food looked and smelled amazing and looked to be great portions. There is live entertainment on every Friday and Saturday night but we didn't stay for that so can't really comment. All in all, a perfect stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Waterford Marina Hotel is in a fantastic location, a few minutes' walk from the centre but at the same time in a quiet and peaceful area at the confluence of two rivers. From the outdoor tables - where you can have dinner or a drink - you can watch waterfowl and foxes. The rooms are nice, large enough and clean, the bathroom large and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, especially the one in the restaurant/bar; we dined at the hotel twice and the food was excellent, the prices adequate and the service very good. There is plenty of free parking available, both in the forecourt in front of the hotel and indoors in a building opposite, with security cameras. It is a perfect place to visit Waterford County and Copper CoastWaterford is a beautiful city and our stay was very pleasant

The room was spacious and we loved the decor, especially the colour tiles in the bathroom. We did have fun working out the controls for the water to the shower. We don't have those type of controls in Australia. But a challenge makes you think and we managed to work things out OK. Bed and bedroom was really comfortable. I had a late dinner in the bar the food was superb with the wait staff being really accommodating and helpful. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful as well. Breakfast was lovely with great service from the young staff members. All so helpful. Location was fabulous and we did a lot of walking around the lovely streets and lanes. The locals were all helpful when we couldn't work out where to go and lovely and friendly.

Location on the river Suir is cool, as you can watch tides come and go AND see lots of boats on the water. We were lucky enough to see the launch of a new dragon boat in honor of a local doctor! Easy walks to attractions: Viking & crystal, etc. Waterford Marina provides a great spot for a relaxing time in a nice town. We were there for a week. Laundry service is fast and reasonable! Bar & restaurant pretty good too.
